Javier's career at JLL showcases progressive advancement through multiple disciplines within the real estate industry. Beginning in JLL's architecture division (Tetris), he evolved through technical property management roles before specializing in capital markets transactions. This diverse background provides him with unique insights into asset value optimization and investment potential.

Prior to his current leadership position, he served as Director of Office Capital Markets in Barcelona, where he successfully built and expanded the regional business, developing new opportunities and advising clients on strategic acquisitions and disposals.
