Jason Collier

Jason is a Director in the Central London Office Markets (CLOM) team at JLL, Jason specialises in advising landlords and developers on strategic development and leasing initiatives across London's prime commercial districts. With over a decade of experience in City office agency, his expertise extends throughout the City Core, Southbank, Midtown, Farringdon, Clerkenwell, Canary Wharf, Stratford, and City Fringe markets.

Beyond his client work, Jason serves as the current Chairman of the City Agents Society, a vital institution functioning as the central marketplace where all property availability and requirements are communicated amongst agents. This not-for-profit organisation, to which every agent in London subscribes (either the City or West End division), fosters collaboration within the commercial leasing community while also raising substantial funds for worthy causes.

Jason joined the City office agency team in May 2015, following roles in JLL's Healthcare Advisory and South East Valuations teams. He possesses a strong understanding of the flexible workspace sector having worked in the serviced office industry in the City prior to joining JLL.

With a passionate interest in emerging technologies, Jason has established himself as an advocate for digital innovation within the property sector. He consistently integrates technological solutions into his approach, streamlining processes and enhancing the quality of service delivered to clients. • Helical's 140,000 sq ft over-station development at 10 King William Street (EC4)

• St Martins' 125,000 sq ft redevelopment of Adelaide House overlooking the Thames at London Bridge (EC3)

• Aviva's 70,000 sq ft brand new development above Crossrail at 101 Moorgate (EC2)

• DWS's 187,000 sq ft Northcliffe House (EC4), where limited space remains available

His notable past projects include:

• Successfully leasing 60 London Wall (EC2) for LaSalle Investment Management

• Providing leasing advice to Ho Bee at 25 Ropemaker Street (EC2)

• Leasing advice to Cheung Kei on 20 Canada Square (E14)

• Leasing advice to Hermes at Southbank Central (SE1)
