In her role as a tenant representation broker, Janessa has a passion for helping clients solve problems and for strategizing around any of their occupancy related issues. She specializes in market knowledge, business operations and occupancy cost analysis. With a financial services background, her responsibilities also include financial analysis, lease and contract review, negotiations, and developing new business relationships.
Prior to joining JLL, Janessa worked in a variety of roles on Wall Street for 10 years. Janessa started her career at Goldman Sachs, working her way up to a Vice President of Client Services in Prime Brokerage. In this role, Janessa managed relationships with hedge funds and private equity firms. Prior to joining JLL, Janessa was working as a Vice President of Relationship Management at Dynasty Financial Partners where she oversaw client relationships with financial advisors. Since joining JLL, Janessa has worked on numerous transactions for professional services firms and energy firms.

Education
Janessa attended New York University and received a Bachelor of Arts in Policy Economics and Romance Languages. Janessa also later attended New York University Stern School of Business for her Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Marketing and Management.
