Jack Wohrman, SIOR

With over two decades in commercial real estate, Jack has built extensive expertise guiding companies through complex lease negotiations and supporting investors in acquiring and disposing of industrial and office properties. Based in Memphis, TN, he collaborates seamlessly with JLL clients and teams across national and global markets to deliver comprehensive solutions—from single-property transactions to sophisticated portfolio strategies for both occupiers and investors.

Throughout his career, Jack has facilitated more than 40 million square feet in transactions, representing over $1.5 billion in total value. When not serving clients, he treasures time with his family and enjoys pursuing his passions for golf, hunting, fishing, and travel.
