Hilary Barnett

Hilary Barnett is a Senior Director in JLL’s Denver office and a key member of the firm’s Capital Markets group, specializing in office and life science investment sales across Denver, the broader Rocky Mountain region, and Kansas City. With a career in commercial real estate beginning in 2008, Hilary brings nearly two decades of experience advising both private capital and institutional owners on strategies that maximize value, enhance asset performance, and respond to evolving market dynamics.

Prior to joining JLL in 2021, Hilary was one of the market’s top office agency leasing professionals, representing leading institutional owners. In that role, she excelled in deal execution and led the redevelopment and repositioning of a wide range of office assets, providing strategic guidance on design, capital planning, tenant mix, and market positioning.

At JLL, Hilary applies this integrated perspective to institutional sales across office and life science properties, driving all aspects of underwriting, transaction strategy, marketing, investor engagement, and execution.
