Greg Hopkins

Greg Hopkins is a Senior Vice President in JLL’s Industrial Services Group, based in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Hopkins assists clients in analyzing their real estate needs and developing strategies to align real estate initiatives with their overall business plans.

With JLL since 2014, Greg specializes in assisting clients within the Industrial, Data Center, Tech and Life Sciences sectors. He has extensive experience in various transaction types, including acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suits, and leasing for both occupier and landlord clients.

Greg assists his occupier clients in areas including, but not limited to site selection, new lease negotiations, relocations, lease renewals, lease restructures, facility
expansions, acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic consulting.

For investor clients, Greg develops and executes effective marketing campaigns, leveraging his extensive market knowledge to identify and secure tenants and buyers. His services include property marketing, lease negotiations, market research, financial analysis, and BOVs (Broker Opinion of Value).

Greg has executed major projects for numerous clients including Arconic, Highmark, Walgreens, Bayer, USPS, ABB, Caterpillar, RIDC, and STAG Industrial.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in City & Regional Planning from the Knowlton School of Architecture at the Ohio State University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of West Virginia. In addition to his professional affiliations, Greg also serves as a board member of Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh.
