Since April 2025, Grace has been a valuable member of JLL's industrial brokerage team, leveraging her property management background to serve Cincinnati's industrial real estate market. She specializes in comprehensive market research and analysis, coordinates property showings and client presentations, and provides critical transaction support for complex industrial deals. Her role includes developing client relationships, assisting with lease negotiations, and supporting marketing initiatives for industrial properties across the region.
Grace began her JLL career with the industrial property management team in 2023, where she developed expertise supporting major landlord accounts including Core5, IDI Logistics, STAG, and Granite REIT. Her experience spans the full spectrum of industrial real estate operations, from property management and tenant relations to market analysis and transaction coordination. This comprehensive background provides her with a deep understanding of both the landlord and tenant perspectives in industrial real estate transactions, positioning her well for her transition to the brokerage side of the business.
