Glen Dowling

Current responsibilities

Glen W. Dowling is a 30-year veteran of the commercial Real Estate industry and currently manages a nine-person advisory team for JLL, specializing in the San Francisco North Bay, including Solano, Napa, Sonoma and Marin Counties. Glen and his team at JLL have successfully transacted over $2.5 billion in real estate sales and negotiated more than tens of millions of square feet of leases for their diverse client portfolio.

Glen has extensive experience in Tenant Representation, Landlord Agency assignments, and Investment Sales throughout Marin, Sonoma, Napa and Solano Counties. He has established himself as an expert in his marketplace as someone who embraces technology and has an incredible work ethic. He is well known for providing market leading service and expert counsel to his clients, backed by unwavering ethics and fiduciary responsibilities to his clients. Glen has been honored numerous times during his career as a Top Producer in the Bay Area Region, along with receiving numerous Client Service Excellence Awards for delivering superior service to his clients.
