About
Gini Rounsaville brings over a decade of commercial real estate expertise to the leasing and marketing of office properties across DFW. As a Managing Director at JLL, she oversees a 6-million-square-foot portfolio spanning Uptown, McKinney, Far North Dallas, and Irving — working with owners across the full spectrum, from ground-up development to established multi-tenant buildings.
Her track record speaks for itself. Gini was integral to the leasing and marketing of Billingsley Company's 1.3-million-square-foot International Business Park and played a key role in the initial lease-up of The Union — an 800,000-square-foot mixed-use development in Uptown Dallas that traded at the highest price ever paid for such a property in North Texas. Beyond these milestones, she has been part of leasing multiple ground-up developments and driving numerous buildings to stabilized occupancy — delivering successful outcomes for clients including Cousins, Tourmaline Capital Partners, Monarch Alternative Capital, ACRAM, ECOM, Capital Commercial, Primera and Myers & Crow.
Before joining JLL, Gini held positions at Peloton Commercial Real Estate, Fults Commercial Real Estate, and Labatt Food Service. She holds a degree from Tarleton State University. A West Texas native from Baird, Gini now calls Dallas home where she lives with her husband and three children.
Gini is deeply rooted in the Dallas commercial real estate community:
