Erik Perez, as Managing Director of Solutions and Business Development, leads strategic growth initiatives and oversees the development of innovative business solutions. He directs a team of expert professionals dedicated to crafting tailored solutions that address complex business challenges for clients. With over two decades of industry experience, Erik has established himself as a visionary leader and trusted advisor to numerous organizations. His diverse background includes executive roles such as Transformation/Transition Director, VP of the Financial Services Vertical, and Head of Technology Sales for Latin America. Erik's operational expertise stems from his tenure as Account Director for some of Latin America's largest accounts, where he provided comprehensive services including Integrated Facilities Management (encompassing both hard and soft services), space and occupancy management, lease administration, and project management. This extensive experience enables Erik to bring a holistic, client-centric approach to his current role, ensuring that solutions are not only innovative but also practical and aligned with clients' operational realities.

Erik received his BA in Finance and International Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Master of Management, Corporate Strategy and Leadership from Michigan State University. Erik is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois. Erik received his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.

Erik is also active in his community and local church, volunteering and helping when time permits.
