His spearheading role at the forefront of Property and Asset Management in Thailand is complemented by his membership of the prestigious JLL Global Premium Services Group. His substantial experience spans over 20 years, with significant involvement in every facet of estate projects, from design inception to operation and continual property management.
Experience
Since becoming part of the JLL team in 2006, Dexter has excelled in bringing best practices to the table for all contracts. His versatility is evident in all his endeavors, whether it be in undertaking special projects, offering consultancy and engineering services, managing critical environments, or promoting sustainability. His mission has always been centered on delivering the utmost quality advice across various management areas to ultimately improve clients' services.
A testament to his global reach, Dexter has also lent his expertise to several international Property and Asset Management projects. His previous work includes collaborating with JLL's leading experts from Europe and Asia to create management structures and operating procedures in diverse regions. He has contributed significantly to mega developments in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Indonesia, and India, including iconic projects like the TDIC developments of Saadiyat Island, JIO World in Mumbai for the Reliance Group, and One Bangkok landmark development in Thailand.
Education
Apart from his extensive field experience, Dexter's academic background is equally impressive. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the esteemed Westminster University, London, U.K., which serves as the strong technical foundation behind his strategic approach in real estate and property management.
