Derek heads JLL’s Property Management business in Singapore and Malaysia. He is primarily responsible for the Singapore business and leads a team of more than 400 professional and support staff, overseeing more than 50 million square feet of space in Singapore with a very strong track record in Commercial asset management.
With over 35 years experience in real estate sector, Derek’s key strengths lie in the field of strata title advisory, tenancy management, building due diligence/audits, risk management and dispute resolution. He has assisted many clients in start-up consultancy, transition, asset enhancement and building retrofitting works.
