Description
De’On specializes in debt and equity advisory and is a Managing Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has successfully capitalized a variety of properties, including hospitality, retail, office, industrial and multi-housing. The capitalizations have included conventional permanent financing, construction financing, mezzanine financing, bridge financing and joint ventures. During the course of his career, he has placed more than $8 billion of debt and equity in commercial real estate transactions nationally.
De’On started at HFF in January 2011. Before that, he was a principal and co-founder of a private real estate investment firm based in Dallas, Texas, which specialized in the acquisition of single-tenant, triple net lease retail assets.
