Dennis is a Senior Vice President with JLL’s Retail team in Orange County, Los Angeles and surrounding areas, specializing in retail leasing of shopping centers and mixed-use projects. He is a retail real estate expert with extensive experience in leasing, project management, brokerage and development. He brings creative merchandising, strong negotiation skills and utilization of relationships to create new opportunities for his clients. Dennis has led the leasing efforts at over 50 shopping center projects exceeding 10 million square feet.
His latest tenure was with Lockehouse Retail Group specializing in Landlord and Tenant representation. He held senior leasing positions with Irvine Company Retail Properties, Merlone Geier Partners, Donahue Schriber, JH Snyder Co. and Westrust. Dennis also had brokerage roles with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate and Urban Street Advisors.
Notable projects include The Market Place, NOHO West, Topanga Village, Crystal Cove Promenade, Corona del Mar Plaza, Alton Marketplace, The Orchard at Saddleback, Anaheim Plaza, Laguna Hills Mall, Beverly Connection, West Hollywood Gateway, Promenade at Howard Hughes Center, The River at Rancho Mirage and other successful projects.
Dennis has negotiated deals with hundreds of retailers and restaurants, including: Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, Ralphs Grocery, Regal Cinemas, Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx, Ross, REI, Old Navy, Ulta Beauty, Best Buy, Sports Basement, Barnes & Noble, Shoe Palace, Five Below, LA Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, Yard House, PF Chang’s, Lazy Dog, BJ’s, Islands, King’s Fish House, Urban Plates, McDonald’s, In N Out Burger, Wells Fargo Bank, Arco, Shell and many more.
