Current Responsibilities
David Stifelman is a Managing Director with JLL’s Parsippany Brokerage office. He is responsible for new business development and agency leasing in New Jersey and tenant representation services globally. David is responsible for representing and advising tenants with their facility negotiations and formulating and implementing strategic real estate plans.
Experience
David has nearly 30 years of experience in New York metropolitan-area commercial real estate and has developed expertise in all aspects of the industry, including leasing, investment sales and advisory services. He has represented several Fortune 500 financial and technology companies as well as a number of institutional and entrepreneurial owners of office buildings and land sites. He has completed more than 350 real estate transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $5 billion in the United States and globally.
