David Monahan

David is a Senior Managing Director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. With approximately 28 years of institutional real estate experience, he is responsible for leading JLL’s investment sales advisory efforts in the regional mall sector. Throughout his career, David has contributed to the origination and successful execution of approximately $14.0 billion of retail and office investment sales transactions, financings and advisory assignments. David has contributed to over $12.0 billion in retail transactions in 43 states, including more than 200 regional malls valued at more than $10.5 billion.
