About
David Lotterer is Senior Vice President, working with airports and aviation tenants to create optimal real estate solutions through leasing or ground-up development. He has specific expertise in the airport properties, with an emphasis on air cargo facilities, hangars and land development and spearheads aviation projects on a national basis.
David is based in Cincinnati and has 19 years of experience with a broad range of industrial transactions working with a wide variety of industries including aviation, consumer products, food & beverage, printing, packaging, fulfillment and logistics. His extensive transaction history includes leasing and sales of a wide variety of specialized industrial facilities, as well as dispositions of capital equipment.
He is also a founding member of JLL’s Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions team, which provides clients with in-depth multivariable location analysis for optimal site selection.
David is a recognized industry expert with presentations to local, regional and national audiences, such as the Air Cargo Conference, Contract Packaging Association, Ohio Economic Development Association, Ohio Aviation Association, WV Airport Manager’s Association, NAIOP, Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and the Ohio Conference on Freight. He has been published in Heartland Real Estate Business and been quoted in professional journals and local media. He has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Finance from Miami University where he was a two-sport varsity athlete in Swimming and Water polo.
