David is a Senior Vice President with JLL’s Project and Development Services (PDS) group leading the variable market business for Tennessee and the healthcare practice for the Southeast region. David is responsible for client management, business development, and supporting the PDS team across the greater region. With over 25 years of experience in program and project management, he has worked with clients and project teams across the U.S. delivering over $2 billion in capital projects in the healthcare, higher-ed, corporate office, and hospitality market segments.
