Corey Marx

Current Responsibilities

Corey is a Senior Managing Director in JLL's Capital Markets Group. Based in Seattle, Washington, he focuses on multifamily investment sales throughout the Northwest region. Corey has over six years of experience in the multifamily industry. With over 60 closed transactions he has been a top performing broker since 2004. Additionally, he has an extensive background in trustee's sales, REO and other distressed assets.

Experience

Prior to joining JLL in January of 2010, Corey was a Vice President and founding member of a boutique multifamily firm in Seattle, Washington. In addition to his brokerage responsibilities, he was responsible for hiring and training commercial real estate agents that were new to the firm.

Corey previously held the Director of Marketing position at a worldwide software company and co-founded a technology company that he later sold to a Silicon Valley venture fund.
