Colby Mueck

Colby Mueck serves as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of JLL's Houston office. As a member of JLL Capital Markets Americas' expanded Executive Committee he leads strategic initiatives across the firm's capital markets platform, specializing in investment sales, debt and equity placement, and securities transactions. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Colby has executed over $20.1 billion in transactions across all asset classes, risk profiles and positions within the capital stack. His expertise encompasses both asset and platform level capital raising along with traditional investment sales and strategic recapitalizations. His over two decades of experience bring deep expertise in structuring complex commercial real estate transactions for both private and institutional clients.

Colby joined JLL through the acquisition of HFF and holds a BS from the University of Texas at Austin. In addition, he is the Broker of Record in Texas for the firm and holds Series 7 & 63 securities licenses.
