Cody is a Managing Director with JLL's Inland Empire Industrial team, bringing more than a decade of experience representing tenants, landlords, and corporate clients across Southern California's industrial markets. He specializes in tenant representation, landlord representation, building sales, and land development, helping corporate clients grow equity through new acquisitions and expansion. His work spans client advisory, new business development, lease and contract negotiation, cash flow analysis, and execution of real estate transactions for industrial properties. He currently serves as lead listing broker for ±4,000,000 sq. ft. of industrial product for sale and lease. Cody helps clients maximize value through skilled negotiation, cost reduction, site selection informed by supply chain analytics, and risk mitigation at every stage of a transaction.
