Clint is a Managing Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Clint is a member of the class A Multifamily Investment Advisory Group and is responsible for originating class A multi-housing transactions throughout the United States with a focus on Dallas/Fort Worth.
Prior to joining the class A Multifamily Investment Advisory Group in January of 2026, Clint was a member of the Debt and Equity Placement team for 12 years. Over the course of his career on the Debt and Equity Placement team, Clint was responsible for originating debt and equity arrangements across various property types with an emphasis on capitalizing development projects. His capitalization assignments included JV Equity, preferred equity, mezzanine debt, permanent financing, bridge financing and construction financing assignments. Over the course of his career, Clint has represented clients in capitalizations totalling approximately $6 billion of volume.
Clint started his career at JLL in the summer of 2012. He attended Oklahoma State University, where he was a member of the Academic All-Big XII Football team.
