Current Responsibilities
Mr. Dale focuses on industrial and data center investment strategies as a Senior Director in JLL's Washington, DC office, and advises on property transactions and financial restructuring across the DC metro and Mid-Atlantic regions. He provides expert guidance on sale-leasebacks, equity raises, and 1031 exchanges.
Experience
Mr. Dale graduated from the University of Virginia in 2017, and quickly established himself in commercial real estate. He has accumulated an impressive track record, facilitating nearly $2 billion in transactions throughout his career. Over time, he's developed deep expertise in all aspects of industrial and data center land, becoming a key player on JLL's Industrial investment advisory team, alongside Bill Prutting, Craig Childs and Ginna Wallace.
