Chris is a Managing Director and the Suburban Agency Lead for the JLL SuburbanAgency Leasing team, specializing in working with landlords and corporations toestablish and implement successful real estate marketing and leasing strategies. Byfocusing primarily in the Suburban office market, Chris’ excellent market knowledgemakes him a valuable resource to his clients. Chris offers solutions to get his clientsthe best value and highest returns on their leasing portfolio. Chris is in for the long-term to add and protect the value of their portfolio throughout the entireinvestment cycle.
Experience
Chris has been in the commercial real estate industry for 24 years. During his career,he has been involved in over 15 million square feet of leases throughout the Chicagosuburbs and has helped several companies with their entire real estate portfolio.Before joining JLL, Chris spent 6 years with Cushman & Wakefield, 4 years with CBRE,followed by 10 years as a Principal at Colliers International. He has earned several topawards and recognition in the industry including top producer at both Colliers andCushman & Wakefield.
