Current Responsibilities
Cedric Burke has been with JLL since January 2020, serving as a tenant representative broker. In this role, Cedric is responsible for a wide range of duties, including understanding tenants’ business objectives, conducting property searches, arranging property tours, and leveraging market knowledge to negoiate optimal terms for tenants.
Experience
Cedric has facilitated transactions with retailers including Premise Health, H&M, Harry Potter Shop, Playa Bowls, Salon Lofts, Activate Games, Caravel Autism Health, Puma, and The UPS Store. In addition, Cedric spent a year with the Corporate Services team working on renewals and lease restructures for T-Mobile.
Education and Affiliations
Cedric graduated from San Diego State University in 2019.
