As an Executive Vice President at JLL Portland’s Tenant Representation team, Cayla has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. Cayla specializes in integrated tenant representation services for local and national clients, and has exclusively represented tenants in the Portland metro for the last 13 years.
Taking a strategic advisory approach, she helps clients form real estate strategies that fit current and future business needs. Her strengths are in strategic facility planning, headquarters transactions, growth and contraction strategies, and portfolio needs. Her goal is to find real estate solutions that help solve complex business problems for every client from the emerging start-up to the largest national company.
She has had the privilege of supporting corporate occupiers in non-profit, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, renewables, professional services & Fortune 100 sectors.
