About
Current Responsibilities
As Senior Director in JLL's Charlotte Capital Markets office, Casey leads high-profile investment sales and acquisitions throughout North and South Carolina. His experience spans a wide spectrum of asset disposition work, from Institutional Class A BTR properties to private client and entitled lot sales. Casey also advises both landowners and residential developers throughout the development process, from site identification, entitlement work and contract negotiation. Casey collaborates frequently with JLL's debt & equity advisory team to secure optimal financing solutions and capital for his clients' acquisitions and development projects.
Experience
Casey is a multiple time CoStar Power Broker award winner and has led or been involved with more than $1.5 billion of real estate transactions in the Carolina’s.
