Current Responsibilities

With over 20 years of experience in marketing, international sales, and client relations, Carla Catalão currently serves as a Leasing Advisory Consultant at JLL Porto. She specializes in consulting for corporate clients who need to expand, dispose of, relocate, or renew industrial and logistics spaces in the Northern Portugal market, aligning real estate strategies with commercial objectives. She began her journey at JLL in 2021 in the Residential area, progressed to the Development department in 2022, and joined the Leasing Markets team in 2023, where she took on the position of consultant for the office sector. In 2025, she embraced a new challenge in Leasing Advisory, dedicating herself exclusively to the industrial and logistics sector.

Experience

Carla holds a Master's degree in Tourism Marketing from the University of Surrey and a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Minho, complemented by specialized training in Online Marketing. Her diverse professional background includes sales management roles, product management, and executive positions in marketing, communications, and international relations. She has also served as an advisor to government members and held positions in the banking, tourism, and hospitality sectors. This multifaceted experience gives her a unique perspective on client needs, allowing her to apply her analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to offer solutions tailored to each client's specific requirements.
