Brian Smuckler

Current Responsibilities

Brian Smuckler is a Senior Managing Director and Co-leader of JLL's Multi-Housing Capital Markets team in Phoenix. Specializing in multifamily sales in metro Phoenix for 30-years, Brian has provided unmatched results to his respective clients, having successfully completed over 700 transactions totaling more than $3.5 billion in total consideration. Within the last three years alone, Brian’s team closed 164 transactions surpassing $1.8 billion in total consideration and achieving 25% market share.

Brian’s local market knowledge, coupled with his extensive experience and proven track record, position him as an unrivaled expert in the multifamily market in Metro Phoenix. Brian is committed to delivering value-added advisory and transaction services, continuously exceeding client expectations in both service and pricing.

Experience

Prior to joining JLL, Brian spent 14 years as an Executive Vice President with CBRE and 16 years with Marcus & Millichap as a director of the National Multifamily Group. Brian is deeply involved in the real estate community, as a member of the Arizona Multi Housing Association and the National Multi Housing Council PAC. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
