Brett Rosenberg

Brett is a Senior Managing Director in JLL's New York Capital Markets office, specializing in commercial real estate finance with a focus on loan sales, UCC foreclosure sales, lender finance strategies, and debt placement advisory services. With over 21 years of experience, she is a trusted advisor to banks, special servicers, insurance companies, debt funds, and other financial institutions on the sale, structuring, and execution of both performing and non-performing loans, as well as UCC foreclosures across all major property types including office, multifamily, retail, industrial, hospitality, land, and mixed-use assets.

Brett has completed more than $10 billion in note sale transactions and advised on over 150 UCC sales, establishing herself as one of the most active advisors in the national loan sales and special asset services sector. She also works alongside lenders on back leverage solutions, including the structuring and placement of A-notes, note-on-note, and credit facilities. Throughout her career, Brett has provided comprehensive debt placement advisory services to borrowers and owners, structuring and securing optimal financing solutions across the capital stack.

Her industry leadership is underscored by recognitions such as Connect Media's Women in Real Estate and GlobeSt.'s Women of Influence awards.
