With over 20 years of experience advising health systems and large practice groups, Brannan is Vice Chairman and the U.S Lead for JLL's Healthcare Center of Excellence (COE), a specialized platform that brings together JLL's most experienced healthcare professionals within our Leasing Advisory business across the country.

Brannan is recognized for complex value-add transactions across all asset categories and regions. The COE's experience spans supporting over 50 healthcare systems and large practice providers across the U.S. in build-to-suits, medical office, office, retail, and land. To date, they have completed 4,500+ transactions valued at $30+ Billion, ranging from 1,000 to 2,000,000 SF.

As the National Lead for the COE, Brannan oversees service offerings across the United States, including strategic advisory services and the advanced market strategy & analytics platform OneMapIQ for Healthcare. Brannan leads an experienced team of specialists providing advisory services in: Portfolio optimization, Market strategy, Complex healthcare transactions for medical office and land, Ground-up development advisory, Acquisitions and dispositions, and Sophisticated portfolio account management.

The COE, under Brannan's leadership, is fully integrated with JLL's extensive network of local market healthcare leasing advisory experts, offering a cohesive best-in-class solution for healthcare occupiers. This integration allows for the creation and implementation of optimal real estate portfolio strategies for clients in any region across the U.S., combining national expertise with deep local market knowledge.
