Brandon DeGraff

As Managing Director of Brokerage Services at JLL, Brandon DeGraff brings nearly 12 years of commercial real estate expertise to serve clients across tenant and landlord representation. Having joined Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate in 2014, he developed deep market knowledge and advanced through progressive leadership roles before transitioning to JLL in January 2026 to leverage the firm's comprehensive local, national, and global platform.

His passion and acute awareness of clients' specific needs, combined with the ability to work quickly and creatively under pressure, consistently delivers superior results. As a former varsity golfer at Hamilton College, he brings the same focus and adaptability that defined his athletic career to navigate ever-changing market situations and transaction challenges.

With a background in Political Science and experience working on numerous state-wide and national political campaigns, Brandon learned early that persistence and dedication achieve the best outcomes for constituents and clients alike. This foundation in strategic thinking and stakeholder management continues to inform his approach to complex real estate transactions.

Furthermore, his fluency in Spanish and developing proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and Portuguese demonstrate a commitment to effective communication with all parties in today's global marketplace.
