Brad is a Director in the Carolinas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He specializes in multi-housing finance and works with major lending institutions across the country to secure bridge, permanent and construction financing.
Brad joined JLL in May 2016 as the first analyst hire for JLL’s National Agency Structuring Team, which was formed after JLL acquired Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD lending licenses in November 2015. He joined the Carolinas office in 2023 to originate debt and equity transactions and additionally partners with investment sale teams in North Carolina and South Carolina to procure debt for prospective multi-housing buyers.
Since 2016, Brad has closed more than 400 transactions totaling more than $13 billion in capitalizations.
