Current Responsibilities
Bill Adair leads the Office Agency Leasing team for the JLL Nashville office. Bill has proven leasing success in the assets he covers with his strong command of the Nashville market. He has a keen ability to stay ahead of the leasing trends in the fast growing, ever-changing Nashville market.
Experience and Accomplishments
Bill has over 17 years of experience in leasing in the Nashville market: 7 with JLL and the previous 10 with office developer Alex S. Palmer & Company. Bill has created value for his clients in all major submarkets of Nashville. His experience includes leasing efforts related to new developments and asset repositioning. Most recently, Bill and his team were recognized for the 2019 Office Lease of the Year. He has also been recognized as a Costar Power Broker and a Heavy Hitter in Commercial Real Estate by the Nashville Business Journal.
Education and Affiliations
Bill is a two-time graduate of Vanderbilt University. He received his Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management, and undergraduate degrees in History and Psychology.
Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 boys, playing golf, and cheering on the Vanderbilt Commodores.
