Ayah Ghanem

Since her joining in 2010, Ayah has been involved in various assignments across the MENA region, which allowed her to gain experience in formulating strategies for high profile projects, ranging from providing strategic advice for largescale master planned communities, high rise mixed-use towers, to residential, retail and hospitality developments.

With experience in commercial real estate transaction, Ayah provides technical and tactical advice to developers and investors, through tested methodologies and approaches, to ensure commercial and financial viability. She has advised on over 100 projects across the region, worked with Governments, state-owned enterprises and financiers on high profile projects with significant economic importance.

Ayah has several years’ experience in the fields of auditing, consultancy and accounting acquired during her years with RSM International. She is fluent in Arabic, German and English.
