Austin Snedden

Austin is a Senior Director in the Denver office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He brings extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a career spanning over six years. Austin’s primary focus is on investment advisory transactions for retail assets in the Rocky Mountain region, as well as net-leased investments across the United States. Austin has successfully executed assignments for developers, high-net worth individuals, family trusts, and 1031 exchange tax deferred investors. Additionally, Austin has a strong background in structuring and executing sale-leaseback transactions for both public and private companies.

Prior to joining JLL, Austin held a senior position at Marcus & Millichap, where he was an integral part of a highly successful retail team that facilitated nearly 400 deals totalling more than $1.25 billion in transactions. His performance earned him the Rising Star award at his previous firm and distinguished recognition as a "Heavy Hitter" Top Young Broker by the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors. Austin began his journey in the real estate industry after earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
