Andrew is a Senior Managing Director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets and is a registered representative of Jones Lang LaSalle Securities, the real estate investment banking affiliate of JLL. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition.
His primary responsibilities include advising the firm’s investment manager clients and leading real estate capital raising from institutional investors. His transaction experience includes discretionary funds, joint ventures, portfolio recapitalizations, programmatic equity and entity-level transactions.
Prior to joining HFF, Andrew worked at J.P. Morgan in their New York office. He focused on alternatives capital raising, as well as portfolio construction and management for law firms, family offices, endowments and foundations. Before that, he held several strategy, corporate finance and management roles at Citigroup. Earlier in his career, he was the chief spokesperson for the City of New York’s emergency management department, where he was responsible for the city’s crisis communications. Andrew is an active member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center and the Wharton Club of New York.
