Andy Spangenberg is an Associate on the JLL Retail Capital Markets team in San Francisco. He joined Jones Lang LaSalle in March 2022 and has since executed over 25 property sales exceeding $1 billion in transaction volume. He specializes in the sale of retail and mixed-use assets throughout the West Coast and Hawaii.
Prior to JLL, Andy worked in film finance at Sony Pictures Entertainment in Culver City. His experience at Sony provides valuable expertise in capital raising for joint venture productions and insight into the movie theater industry.
Andy is an active member of professional organizations including ULI and ICSC, where he serves on the Next Generation Leadership Network committee for Northern California. He volunteers as a project facilitator for ULI UrbanPlan, educating high school students throughout the Bay Area on urban development principles.
