Andrew is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He has 30+ years of experience as an advisor for sales and structured transactions and is primarily responsible for institutional-grade commercial transactions throughout the Northeast. Over his career, Andrew has been involved in real estate portfolio / asset sales and capitalizations for major corporate, institutional, and entrepreneurial owners totaling more than $80 billion. He has extensive experience transacting on all property types.

Prior to his time with JLL, Andrew was a Senior Vice President at Rockwood Realty and an Acquisition / Dispositions Officer at UBS Realty Advisors.
