Amadeo Giménez

Amadeo joined JLL in 2023 as a Director from the UK-based team of Debt & Structured finance for EMEA to cover debt advisory services across Southern Europe. Since 2023 and until H1-25 Amadeo has led more than €4.5bn of debt transactions across all asset typologies, while positioning JLL as the leading debt advisor in Southern Europe.

Previously, Amadeo worked as a Director within Alantra’s Credit Portfolio Advisory, leading the disposal of NPL & REO portfolios with Real Estate exposure and the Financing & Refinance of Real Estate portfolios. Previous experience also includes specialist financial advisory on Commercial Real Estate Assets at Deloitte covering a wide variety of CRE transactions.

Since 2018 until H1-25, JLL’s European Debt Advisory team closed 500+ financings with 155+ different lenders for a total consideration of €56.5bn.
