Alex is a Managing Director at JLL, specializing in advising companies ranging from startups to large corporations on their real estate needs. His career path includes roles as Managing Director at Raise Commercial Real Estate, which JLL acquired in October 2024, and as Senior Vice President at CBRE, where he led the Technology and Media Practice Group.
With over 30 years of industry experience, Alex has orchestrated a diverse array of transactions globally, including new space acquisitions, surplus space dispositions, lease restructures, build-to-suits, and sale-leasebacks. His recognized expertise in qualitative and quantitative analysis, negotiation, and portfolio optimization has proven invaluable to his clients.
