Alanna is a senior director in the Seattle of JLL Capital Markets, Americas specializing in debt and equity services for Senior Housing for acquisition, development, bridge, and permanent loans, GSE and agency financing. Alanna has over 21 years of commercial real estate and lending experience. Since joining JLL in 2020 she has advised on and closed more than $1.2B in transaction volume.

Prior to joining JLL in 2020 she spent 13 years as a senior partner at IPG Investments in Seattle, specializing in debt placement and structured finance.
