Alan Clayton

Alan is a senior member of JLL's Logistics and Industrial Services Group and Supply Chain and Logistics Solutions team.

Alan brings 26 years of experience from United Parcel Service (UPS), where he gained extensive expertise in industrial construction and corporate real estate transactions. For sixteen years, he served as Corporate Director of Real Estate for UPS Supply Chain Solutions, managing a portfolio of over 500 buildings totaling 25 million square feet. During his tenure, he transacted and managed the development of more than 10 million square feet in build-to-suit and greenfield projects.

His hands-on industry knowledge and tenant perspective provide clients with valuable insight throughout the real estate process. Alan specializes in tenant representation, acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suit projects, portfolio management, site selection, and logistics consulting.

Alan earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Memphis State University.

He and his family are active members at Peachtree Presbyterian Church in Atlanta.
