Alain Kunz is an experienced transaction manager in the Transaction Team at JLL Switzerland, where he has played a significant role in supporting numerous real estate transactions of various types of use since joining in 2012.
His track record includes the sale of investment properties, real estate portfolios, land plots, and development projects with a total volume of over CHF 2.5 billion, providing comprehensive advisory services throughout the entire transaction process from thorough preparation to successful closing. In addition to his extensive transaction expertise, he has comprehensive valuation experience.
Prior to joining JLL, he was employed at Credit Suisse Ltd (now part of UBS).
His academic foundation is an MSc in Banking & Finance from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, complemented by the designation of Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
