Current Responsibilities

With over 15 years of industry experience and 13 years in the GCC, Aditya has developed skills suited to the challenging circumstances and fast-paced nature of projects within the MEA region.​

Aditya has extensive knowledge of real estate supply and demand modelling and analysis, master planning support, financial modeling, portfolio advisory, development strategies, as well supporting planning authorities in the formulation of forward-looking city-wide urban framework plans.

Experience

Aditya’s responsibilities include leading, managing and executing large-scale mixed-use development and redevelopment projects through opportunity identification, supply and demand examination and quantification, and the preparation of asset class reviews, market-driven development strategies and robust investment analyses. His responsibilities also include client relationship management and business development. ​

Aditya has provided strategic advisory on a wide range of projects throughout his professional career. He is a real estate development and investment consultant with industry experience spanning numerous sectors, delivering projects for key clients within the MEA region.​ Aditya has also been responsible for incubating and setting up the data center advisory practice in the region. Before joining JLL, Aditya worked with HVS, India, in the Consulting and Valuation division. He was involved in conducting feasibility studies and valuations for hotels in North and South India, and he was also involved in the publication of market reports.​
