Adam Lis

Adam has been responsible for building JLL's expertise in the field of flexible office solutions in Poland.

He specialises in providing advisory services to occupiers – on introducing flexibility into their real estate strategy (tenant representation and transaction management), but also to investors – on developing their flex concepts or bringing flex office providers into their assets, as well as to the latter – on the optimum growth and development strategies.

As a part of the Tenant Representation team, his area of expertise lies in developing short- and long-term occupancy planning and real estate strategies for Clients, with an emphasis on phased-growth opportunities that involve both traditional and flexible leases. He proficiently liaises between multiple stakeholders to deliver real estate transactions within budget and on time.
