Adam Bury

Adam joined JLL in 2014 and has worked across the Singapore and Australian offices of the Hotels and Hospitality Group. In Singapore Adam was responsible for hotel transactions in the Southeast Asia region and involved in a number of notable deals including the Oakwood Premier Singapore, Four Seasons Vietnam and Conrad Maldives. ​

Adam relocated to Australia in 2021 and is responsible for Capital Market transactions, including debt arrangement, across Australia and the wider region. Significant transactions have included the Sheraton Grand Mirage Gold Coast, Four Points Sydney, Le Meridien Melbourne, Mayfair Adelaide and Vibe Hotel Gold Coast & Surfers Pavilion. Over his career Adam has advised and transacted on over $4 billion of hospitality assets.

Prior to his role at JLL, Adam spent five years with another major international real estate consultant, firstly in Vietnam and later in Singapore. He began his career in London working in fund analysis and benchmarking.

Adam is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveys and holds a Master Degree in Real Estate Finance and Management, and an undergraduate degree from The University of Birmingham (UK).
