JACKSONVILLE, Aug. 20, 2025 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has arranged the sale of The Preserve, a newly constructed Class A+ 192-unit luxury multifamily community located near Downtown Jacksonville, Florida.
JLL worked on behalf of the seller, Becovic Management Group. The buyer was Safe Harbor Investments, LLC.
Located at 780 Island Point Dr. in Jacksonville's thriving Northside submarket, The Preserve offers residents convenient access to River City Marketplace, Downtown Jacksonville, Jacksonville International Airport and JAXPORT, while sitting just minutes from major healthcare facilities including UF Health North and Baptist Health Complex.
