DALLAS, Aug. 12, 2025 – On the heels of Cousins Properties’ (Cousins) acquisition of The Link at Uptown last month, JLL today announced it has been engaged to handle leasing at The Link at Uptown, a 292,000-square-foot lifestyle office property in the heart of the popular Uptown submarket. Currently 93.6% leased, The Link at Uptown’s premier location serves as the connection point between Uptown, Victory Park and Downtown Dallas. JLL Senior Managing Directors Blake Shipley and Trevor Franke, as well as Executive Vice President Gini Rounsaville, will handle office leasing onsite on behalf of Cousins.
