JLL Pittsburgh adds Frank Walters to Tenant Representation team

PITTSBURGH, PA – March 4, 2024 – JLL, a leading real estate and investment management firm, announced today that it has added Frank Walters as Senior Vice President, Tenant Representation, in its Pittsburgh office. In this role, Walters will focus on advisory for JLL corporate and investor clients, including data centers.
Walters joins JLL with more than 40 years of corporate real estate experience, most recently working as Senior Vice President and Corporate Real Estate Director at PNC in the bank’s Realty Services division. Prior to that, he held several other roles within PNC, including Chief Operating Officer in the Realty Services division and Manager of M&A Facility Due Diligence and Integration.
During his tenure at PNC Bank, Walters spearheaded critical projects with significant impact, including overseeing building integration associated with mergers and acquisitions, the consolidation of 13 data centers to three colocation facilities, stabilization of troubled commercial real estate assets acquired via foreclosure, and implementing sustainable energy initiatives. He successfully led large teams in converting thousands of bank locations to PNC pursuant to bank acquisitions and managing electric power purchase agreements to reduce carbon emissions.

Walters holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration and Management, summa cum laude, from LaRoche College and a Pennsylvania associate real estate brokerage license. He also brings extensive military experience, having served in the United States Navy.
